Here at Elite Coaching Solutions Ltd we do all we can to respect your rights to privacy and the protection of your personal information at all times. How we obtain information and use it

We collect and process various categories of basic information including contact names, settings names, email addresses, contact telephone numbers and in some circumstances bank details all required when introducing new products and services of interest to you. Most of your information will have already have been provided by you or created through the use of our products or services. However, If you are a new customer then verbal consent will be requested in the first instance when being introduced to the Actiphons brand.

We keep your information private and confidential and never share it outside our Elite Coaching Solutions Ltd company to third parties.

Unless you have told us not to, we will send you marketing information relating to products and services that we think will be of interest and relevant to you. If you change your mind and no longer want to receive these communications you can tell us at any time by emailing us at info@elitecoachingsolutions.co.uk or selecting the unsubscribe option to our mailing list, which can be found on the bottom of our emails we send to you.
