Covering 6 key PE Fundamental areas to create 6 x 1 hour lessons including: movements, skills, gymnastics, dance, games and tactics all designed to actively teach and progressively allow you to understand how to deliver the fundamentals of PE. Created in a simple step by step format, follow the plans using the diagrams, theory and games included to help guide you to deliver an "Outstanding" PE session.

Duration: 6 x 1 hour sessions

Focus: Developing confidence in school PE delivery  

Target age: 4 - 11 year olds when delivered by a Teacher or Coach in PE
