Healthy Hearts Programme

Healthy Hearts takes the children on a practical and theoretical journey introducing them to the fundamentals of the body, mind and nutrition and how this works hand in hand when participating in physical activity and sports to create a healthier more prosperous way of life. 6 x 1 hour sessions have been created with colourful, engaging diagrams and resources with the idea of "Learning through play."
